About
Buffalo Furniture and Mattress Company is a family business that began in the furniture industry by liquidating furniture from hotels that undergo interior design and furniture change outs. We resold the hotel furniture to motels, resorts and to the public in the Alexandria store called Midwest Hotel Furniture Liquidators. When the opportunity presented itself for us to expand operations in Alexandria we moved from Buffalo. Three years later, while continuing to liquidate hotel furniture nationally and run the Alexandria store the time was right to open a new furniture store in Buffalo that could serve the needs of all who live in Wright County. We saw that we had a chance to help revive the Downtown Buffalo business district by establishing a permanent business in the same downtown neighborhood we have fond memories of enjoying.
