Wild Oats Bakery & Café opened with a small but enthusiastic staff whose first mission was to introduce Brunswick to our key products: fresh homemade breads, pies, cookies, bars and cakes.Since that time our staff, menu and reputation have grown. Our present crew is comprised of more than 20 employees who work a variety of shifts. An extensive array of hot entrees, elegant desserts, sandwiches, soups and beverages now compliments our tried-and-true baked goods. Most significantly, our commitment to quality, product diversity and service has attracted numerous customers of varied backgrounds and tastes, making us a community meeting place in a relatively short period of time.
