It all started when our founder was trying to find a Bristol house cleaner/Bristol maid to clean her own home. She called numerous ads for house cleaning and maid services. Many did not return her phone calls, several said they were interested then she never heard back from them. One house cleaner cancelled the day of the appointment! She then tried asking for referrals from people she knew and heard nightmarish stories about house cleaners taking their pay off the counter without cleaning (this actually happened to her sister) or house cleaners doing an inadequate job. Most friends and family said they would like their house cleaned too but did not know anyone to trust. And they assumed hiring a house cleaning service would be charge them more than they would want to pay or require weekly/monthly maid service.
