Lake Eden Arts Festival (LEAF) is held every May and October at Camp Rockmont in Black Mountain, NC. LEAF presents Celtic, World Beat, Blues, folk, Bluegrass, gospel, jazz, flamenco, Latin and more performers and dances. The weekend celebration also highlights folk arts, poetry, juried handcrafts, healing arts workshops such as yoga, kids’ activities, and outdoor recreation such as kayaking, canoeing, swimming, hiking and camping. The Washington Post calls LEAF “The best multicultural mix and match festival - [where] mountain music meets world music, Blues, Zydeco and more”.
