We conduct online surveys and telephone surveys with our members to find out what they like and what they suggest we improve about the program, resorts and benefits. These surveys are posted on our website. The stories and comments are from REAL members of Grand Resort Travel, they are not anonymous sources on the internet, and are not employees of Grand Resort Travel. The posted comments and stories are from people who have traveled with the program within the last year, and many have been members for several years.
