Collver Family Winery is family owned winery and is proud to be the very first winery open in West Central IL in over 100 years and now celebration our 10th Anniversary. Since opening its doors in 2002, Collver Family Winery has produced many unique, award winning wines. Stop by for a quick wine tasting or stay for the day - we are conveniently located on I-72 Exit 20 in Barry, Illinois.All wines are produced and bottled at the winery. Collver Family Winery specializes in French-American hybrid grapes including (but not limited to) Vignoles, Vidal Blanc, Traminette, Chancellor, Cayuga White, and Chambourcin.
