Edgewood Music Studio opened its doors in 1978, and since then much has changed. We have seen our students grow into exceptionally bright musicians. Some have pursued music as a career; others have returned as parents with a new generation ready to learn and play. Over the years some of our teachers have moved on to do great things in music, while outstanding students have returned to become teachers. Edgewood for over 30 years has become a constantly growing and evolving family centered on the value of providing enjoyable and dynamic lessons for piano.One thing that we have so strongly tried to preserve since 1978 is our distinctive style of teaching. At Edgewood we feel that the key to becoming a confident pianist is having fun with it! Playing the piano is fun, and when taught correctly can build confidence and a further desire to learn. Edgewood Music Studio has three key elements in teaching that provide our students with a second-to-none enjoyable and productive experience.
