Lacet Publications, now 21 years old, was created by Rosemarie Peel so that she could share her lifetime{{s knowledge of tatting, crochet and bobbin lacemaking. Rosemarie has published many books of patterns and techniques for the absolute beginner to the more experienced and has also created videos to support her books.
