The founder of the firm was Mr Dan Du Toit, a sole practitioner who established the practice in 1970.He was joined by Mr Leon Frank in 1973, when the name of the firm was changed to Du Toit and Frank.When Mr Du Toit retired in 1980, Mr Frank was joined by Mr Paul Viljoen and the name of the firm was changed to Frank & Viljoen.Mr Viljoen left the firm in 1985, and Michèle Marais joined the firm in 1992.When she became a partner in 1995 the name was changed to Leon Frank & Partners.
