I had a terrible experience with JK Aircon when I bought a Midea system 3 aircon from them on August 31. The technician who installed the aircon was not properly trained and made several mistakes. He drilled the wrong holes in my bedroom wall and didn't patch them up properly, even though I told the site survey engineer to do the work professionally. The aircon was also not installed properly, which caused it to make a lot of noise. I've raised several complaints with JK Aircon, but no one has come to fix the problem yet. I'm very disappointed with their service and would not recommend them to anyone.
