What I value in my company's business relationship with Healy Consultants is that it is evident that there are clear and established business processes in place that govern the relations with the clients. I get thorough answers and explanations for my questions and inquiries, and with each phone conversation there is a follow-up email with short summary. I've visited one of their offices in-person a few times, and the interactions with Healy Consultants employees were professional and everything was sorted out quickly. There were one or two hiccups in the process in two years of our business relationship, but all of these looked like genuine human errors and was promptly fixed. Overall,I'm pretty satisfied with a level of service I get.
