Four Seasons Durians had its humble beginnings as a fresh fruit stall along Thomson Road in the 1970s. However in 2002, professional chef Victor Chan and businesswoman Joyce Lee bought over the company. They had a vision to revolutionize a simple fresh fruit stall into a daring dream at the forefront of Durian confectionery. Carrying a spirit of tenacity and creativity Four Seasons Durians started a store in Takashimaya Shopping Centre, right smack in the heart of Orchard Road. Birthing forth original creations such as Durian Mochi and Durian Pancake, these Durian desserts were a hit with consumers and the second branch at Ang Mo Kio Hub saw long queues for the Durian pancake. Bringing a fresh concept to Durian confectionery, more branches are opened such as the Clementi Mall branch, Yew Tee Point branch and Serangoon Nex branch.
