About

Our 2012 Blanc de Noirs (Méthode Traditionelle) is one of only two 100% Waiheke grown, bottle fermented sparkling wines in existence right now, so this can truly be described as a rare and unusual product!  The wine is a delicate salmon pink colour, and displays a lively mousse of very fine bubbles in the glass. Excellent fruit intensity from the unique combination of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon makes this a relatively full bodied sparkling wine that can easily be paired with meats or seafood, or simply enjoyed on its own.  Our final blend...    Merlot (63%)    Cabernet Sauvignon (37%) Alcohol by volume 12.8% Bar Code: 9421010795969Detailed Tasting NotesMade in the classic Méthode Traditionelle style, this bottle fermented and aged wine has finely balanced acidity and a delicate mousse. Playful and lightly fruity, the daring varietal blend guarantees a truly unique experience.
