For 20 years now Sabato has been introducing gourmet goods from Italy, France and Spain to New Zealand palates. There is constantly something happening in the showroom with monthly cooking classes by some of the country’s best chefs and ‘meet the maker’ events offering the chance to meet suppliers and taste their products.On Saturdays and Sundays drop by for free cooking demonstrations where you can watch one of the staff cook a dish from start to finish, taste test the result and take the recipe and ingredients home to try for yourself.
