Part of the Oceania Group, Elmwood in Manurewa offers retirement village living, rest home and hospital care, as well as respite and palliative care. In the village, there are 23 new 1 and 2-bedroom villas which have just recently been completed. These new villas feature: Wall oven, Cook top, Rangehood exhaust fan, Dish drawer, Waste disposal unit, Laundry tub, Internal garaging and other exciting features. In addition, each villa has two alarms to use in the event of an accident or emergency.
