Kids Furniture is a family owned and operated company that has been designing and making quality children{s furniture in NZ for over 23 years, We use NZ timber, a renewable resource and occasionally we also use recycled NZ hardwoods.All of our furniture is handcrafted. We are not mass producers of furniture, concentrating on quality over quantity.We are 100% NZ owned and operated and use only materials sourced locally. The table and chair tops are made with hard wearing laminate board which are easy to clean and are extremely durable. The edges of the laminate are sealed with a wax to prevent moisture absorption, while the pine frames are left natural.They will take the hard knocks which is to be expected being kids furniture.Our stools have been designed with angled legs which allows the user (adults included) to stand right on the edge without it tipping over.All our stools that are painted are done so with acrylic enamel paints and out natural ones are treated with an organic oil.Our childrens furniture is often made with primary colours, but we also have a fairly large selection of products with new colours coming along from time to time.
