Simluc Contractors Limited was incorporated in 1973, as a commercial/industrial roofing and sheet metal contracting firm in its originating city of Sudbury, Ontario. From the time of its incorporation the company grew in size and capabilities, establishing itself as one of the leading flat and low slope roofing contractors in Northern Ontario.In 1993 the Simluc organization, decided to expand its market geographically and opened a branch operation in Ottawa. Since that time the company has quickly established a reputation for delivering quality, customer oriented service.The offices are located in the Sheffield Rd. industrial park on Blackwell Street. This location was chosen for its close proximity to major arteries (Hunt Club Rd, 417, Queensway) which allows for speedy response and minimal travel time.As accredited applicators of all major roofing systems, Simluc maintains a highly skilled unionized workforce whose training is ongoing and kept up to date on a continuing basis through regular courses, seminars and in house training.
