After that, Mark has worked within a number of industries including telecommunications, internet, airline, retail, logistics and biotechnology. For the last 15 years of Mark’s career in the private sector, Mark has consistently held the titles of Corporate Controller, Director of Finance, and/or Vice President of Finance. Mark has built a very successful track record while working in organizations ranging from very small, start up’s through to some of Canada’s largest organizations. Along the way, Mark has successfully raised millions of dollars of financing for companies, and has successfully completed, from idea to completed transaction, several mergers and acquisitions.
