More than 35 years in business (and still growing) is a milestone few firms reach. My love of fabrics and design were my inspiration. In 1975 I opened the doors to a business focusing on custom drapery and window coverings. Soon there were requests to accessorize clients{ homes. My clients wanted to work with someone they trusted and I was thrilled to indulge my passion for design. My ultimate reward was seeing how ecstatic my clients were after significant changes were made to improve their living space. Shortly after came a request to remodel a kitchen and I found myself doing a whole house renovation! I decided to expand my business to include renovations. From {Concept to Completion{ became our motto. Most recently, I have added a 3D rendering program that produces drawings showing a virtual replica of a proposed renovation, so a client can see how the finished space will look before construction even begins!Since 1975 our space has tripled and staff has grown accordingly. Our business is unique – Jostar Interiors does anything and everything - from a brief consultation to a full renovation project. We have a retail store with furniture, window coverings, a large collection of drapery and upholstery fabrics to choose from, area rugs, accessories, art – everything to make a house your home. We create the {WOW{{ without the worry! Now, in 2011, Jostar Interiors Ltd. is recognized as a full service design firm. A client once commented, “You are Edmonton’s best kept secret! No company comes close to doing all that you do, and all at one location.”My goal is to always provide the right products to meet the clients{ needs - focusing on the use of quality products in lasting styles. Quite often, when a project dictates, my staff of designers and I merge our skills and the resulting synergy delivers outstanding results. The reward is seeing a vision transformed into reality and the joy of clients at the end of a project.
