He has several years of experience as an attorney at law in Indonesia. A law graduate of the University of Indonesia majoring in International law. He joined the firm after working for an information technology group of companies: Info Asia group. He holds MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Management from Griffith University, Australia and Graduate Certificate in European Community Law from Leiden Universiteit, Leiden, the Netherlands. He joined Leiden Amsterdam Columbia Summer Program in American Law at Leiden Universiteit, Leiden, the Netherlands. His practice area covers litigation, corporate and commercial law, foreign investment, banking, property and land law. He holds Bar License of Indonesian Court and registered as Legal Consultant at BAPEPAM (Stock Exchange Monitoring Agency). He is member of PERADI, IKADIN, HKHPM. He is a deputy of general of HKHPM (Capital Market Legal Consultants Association) period of 2006-2011. He is lecture of Bankruptcy Law at Tarumanegara University (since 2005) and Businnes law at Atmajaya University (since 1998). He speaks Indonesian, English, and Dutch. Mr. Gracia is an experienced Criminal Defence Lawyer. He dedicates his efforts to the practice of criminal law exclusively. A former Crown Prosecutor, he now successfully defends hundreds of clients on a broad range of criminal charges in Calgary, and throughout Southern Alberta
