Specialities
Images is well known for fresh Tasmanian oysters and our signature dishes include the herb crusted loin of lamb with port wine and red currant jus and the chicken caprice, mignons of chicken breast wrapped in bacon with a creamy caramelised banana and seeded mustard sauce. Our chefs are particularly skilled in cooking a great steak and we use only yearling grade prime cuts of grain fed beef.
Our seafood basket and fresh Tasmanian salmon with hollandaise sauce are other memorable dishes.
