About Us
At Carpet CALL most of the customers we deal with select and purchase products such as carpets or rugs in the comfort of their own homes without having the need to visit one of our Carpet CALL stores.Our fully trained 14 consultants can give you the best advice once they have viewed the area of the vinyl, carpet, rug or timber floors are to be installed. The area will be measured whilst you view the product, it is only then that we can advise the best options, joins etc for you the customer.
It is the same story with our rugs. Take one home and try before you buy. All our rugs are offered on home approval, make sure the colours and size are right, live with the rug for 24 hours if you like then buy it, if not return it and we will have another ready for you to try.
