I was just wanting to let everyone know that I have booked my extended holiday - I will be making this a Working holiday hoping to extend my skills with some of the wonderful bakers & Cake decorators on the west coast of America, in LA & Vegas.It all started when my neice in Oakey was given the opportunity to Dance at Disneyland, Hollywood and Universal Studios with her dance company iDance in Kingsthorpe. When her family made the decision to go, I decide that our savings for a house that was sitting in the bank could be used to do a once in a lifetime trip, and that renting wasn{t that bad!!!!I know that I will be away for quite a while and that some of you are going to miss out on cakes during this period and for this I am truely sorry, but I just couldn{t stand the idea of not seeing my neice/goddaughter dancing at the most magical place on earth.Thank-you for your understanding and supportRegards Kim
