Corey Walmsley is the Director of the company and his wife Natasha (Tash) Walmsley is the Business Manager.Corey & Tash are both fully qualified chefs with over 40 years combined experience in the hospitality industry. Like most good chefs they both started out washing fishes before being offered the opportunity to complete a 4 years commercial cookery apprenticeship.CoreyCorey worked at several establishments before working his way up to an Executive Chef position with Eurest Australia, which he held for many years. Corey initially started Corey{s Catering in the late 90{s when the demand for his fabulous food and no fuss approach to catering became sort after by more than just family and friends.
