Vanderwee.com.au sells artisan made chocolates from Belgium online since 2001.Vanderwee Chocolates® was founded in Sydney by Hendrik and Hilde Vanderwee Rosseel in 1995. They started importing and retailing on Sydney’s Pitt Street Mall introducing hand-crafted Belgian chocolates, made by independent artisans in Belgium, imported by express air.Their approach didn’t go unnoticed by Sydney’ food editor: this small chocolate boutique received 40 write-ups during their first couple of years alone.
