Gold{s Gym Sydney offers 3 air-conditioned levels, each with a dedicated work out area.
Reception, Cardio Theatre and the NEW Gold{s Pro Shop are all located on level 1.
The Weights area is situated on the 2nd floor with a full range of resistance machines & free weights for all body parts.
The 3rd floor contains the group fitness area with carpeted floors and large mirrors, beginners weight area, stretch area and boxing arena. This level also hosts a Massage Therapist and Private Pilates studio boasting the only STOTT Reformer of its kind in Australia.
