Skillogalee Winery & Restaurant is one of the first full-time, professional winery restaurants in the Clare Valley.Skillogalee is a vibrant, busy and cosy restaurant, where you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon sampling some of the Clare Valley{s best food. All the dishes have wine suggestions matched to them on the menu, while we are preparing your entree head into the cellar door for a tasting.What started out in 1990 as an idea to serve food to visitors who came to taste wine soon blossomed into a restaurant with its own strong identity and a national reputation. Seating around 30 inside in two rooms and a further 50 outside on the verandah and under the shade of an old olive tree, overlooking a cottage garden and the vines, the restaurant is open for lunches 7 days a week.
