Providing residential care, accommodating 142 residents for high & low care services.Garden Village was established as a not-for-profit charity in June 1972 initially by co-founders Mr Keith and Mrs Jean Westerweller. The village property at that time consisted of 3.4 hectares of unencumbered land close to the CBD area of Port Macquarie. In 2009 the village comprised 4.0 hectares with multiple facilities.Our Self Care Apartments: Completely self contained, Private balconies, built in cupboards and storage, Wall to wall carpets, Built-in wardrobes/dressing table and drawers, Supplied with blinds and light fittings, Tiled bathroom and toilet (individual electric off peak hot water service), Provision for telephone and TV points, Electric elevated range.Our Facility:Our village is fully accredited by the retirement villages association and aged care standards and accreditation agency.Flexible Levels Of Care:Our accommodation services four levels of care: Independent living, Low care hostels, Nursing home services, Respite/short term care.
