Our Centre caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age in a long day care setting and for children from 4 to 12 years of age in our outside school hours care program.Nursery - 6 Weeks To 2 YearsThe children in the Nursery are offered a program based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). The program in the Nursery is flexible in order to cater for thewide range of developmental stages that may exist within the group on any given day. The program allows for the children to feed, sleep and play as required.Toddlers - 15 Months To 2 YearsThe Toddler children experience a secure and happy environment with regular but flexible routines that encourage children to form positive attachments with their carers. Language development is encouraged through the daily program, general conversations and play as children talk and experiment with words. Group times also reinforce language development as children listen to stories, learn & sing.Kindy & PreschoolThe children in Kindy & Preschool are offered a program that is based on the Early Years learning Framework (EYLF) & caters for the increased developmental changes that occur in language and cognitive skills at this age. During interactive group times children have the opportunity to share with their peers and educators and participate in stories,times, puppets, finger plays, songs, rhymes etc.
