Abode Design & Construct have developed and Patented a fantastic new system that we use for all construction, we have named it “QWERTY”. It brings to the construction industry what it previously generally lacks, transparency and honesty. This system works as it looks at the interests of all parties, being you the owner, the builder, the supplier and the tradesman.
The owner has the ability to nominate everything that will go in their house / development. From structural items, to specific style / brand / size and colour of each of the individual items. This ensures that there are no excuses or short cuts by the builders. The list of options and inclusions is provided along with actual cost prices and details of where they can be viewed. this for you.
The end result is a very specific fixed-price contract based on what you want, not what you end up with.
