Treatment may be frequent during this phase to get on top of your problems.    Rehabilitation care this phase of care is designed to strengthen the muscles, improve the range of motion of the spine and provide more complete healing of the tissues.    Maintenance/Wellness Care. This phase is to maintain proper spinal function, decrease arthritic change and prevent the return of poor muscle patterns. Prevention saves time and time and money by helping you stay well. It stops the niggle becoming a nightmare.
