Balance Mayfield is the benchmark in health and aquatics facilities for the Hunter region.
Opened in April 2005 Balance Mayfield remains the Hunter region{s premier integrated fitness/aquatics facility. The $16 million facility encompasses an architecturally designed building, climatically controlled conditions with a multitude of specialised environments to cater for the diverse needs of the members.
Balance Mayfield, with its 4,000 square meters of floor space, contains one of the largest and greatest varieties of cardio equipment within the region (84 pieces of cardio equipment), spacious group fitness studio, 40 bikes, outdoor training area, purpose built high performance training area, 25m and 12.5m heated pools, ice baths, steam room & spa and magnificently appointed change rooms.
