For Aangela’s Florist to process your order, we need information such as your full name, email address, contact number, delivery address and payment details. This is in case we need to contact you about the delivery.Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received. We will contact you as soon as possible if we have issues and the payment has not been processed.It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect and you require a redelivery this will be at your own expense.Cancellation of Orders - Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Aangela’s Florist 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.Normal delivery hours for Aangela’s Florist are between 9am and 5pm Mon-Sat. Aangela’s Florist offers same day delivery for orders submitted before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday for residential, before 12pm for business, and by 10am AEST Saturdays.Aangela’s Florist cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it.Aangela’s Florist does not do deliveries on public holidays or Sundays. The only Sunday we deliver is mother’s day.All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars.We will try to ensure all arrangements delivered are identical to the images advertised on our website. However flowers, plants, wrapping and containers are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery, our florists will do their best to substitute the product that is unavailable at the time to complement the image on the website. This policy applies so that we can ensure that the recipient receives the best possible blooms on the day of delivery. We reserve the right to substitute goods of equal or greater value.It is your responsibility to check if the recipient is home on the day of the delivery. If they are not home and it is safe to do so the courier will leave it near the front door.
