We achieve this high quality by using genuine cow hides as covering, hard woods for the frames and high density foam for our fillings. The low prices are a result of our lounges being made in our factory, therefore we are able to offer factory direct pricing. There is no middle man.All leathers are not created equalWhen buying a leather couch the most common leathers used are cow and buffalo. Buffalo hides are generally considered to be of inferior quality. It has the potential to get harder within a short time, and also can have a shorter life span. We use raw cow hides from American or Australian slaughter houses, which in turn gives us a product which is corrected cow grain with Madras or Uruguay embossing. Using a quality product from the start helps to ensure a quality end product.Quality on the inside is as important as quality on the outsideThe quality of the internal structure is an often over looked aspect when buying a lounge suite. Just as leather quality can vary, so does the quality of wood used for the frame. Which is why we use Meranti hardwood, sourced from Malaysia. We believe so strongly in the quality of the frame that we back it up with a 10 year warranty.
