About the Menu
Our chef ALEX and his staff at the hotel prepare meals with the freshest of produce, bought locally; mussels & scallops from Triabunna on Tasmania{s East Coast, and our fish is bought from the fishermen on Constitution dock. All vegetables,bread and meat are also bought locally, in Hobart and delivered daily to the hotel.
