Gurps Bagga works closely with head chef Kamal Sharma and his team to create a menu which is constantly evolving. Kamal has developed his style while working in Perth and London and during his career has worked with the master chefs of Lucknow - The City of Nawabs.Maya is spread over four levels with three dining rooms linked by a centre staircase. Two of the main dining rooms are on the ground level with a semi-private function room upstairs. The wine and cocktail lounge crowns the establishment on the top level.
