- We look at your building or organisation and potential or actual occupant behaviour patterns, the site, and access to the site. 

- We also focus on improving occupant/team comfort and health, reduced impact material selection, optimising ecology, micro-climate impacts, resilience and simple measures to build community.  

- We can introduce new materials options and technologies to further enhance sustainability.   

- Because sustainability is our sole focus we are aware of the many opportunities and it is our role to explain and validate these opportunities.
