The Blue Bird Bakery is a family owned and run business, first established in 1954.Andrea Mathers took over the business in May 2008 and was joined by her sister Hayley Gibson in August 2009.Andrea was taught cake making and decorating by her father and has over 25 years expreience. She has passed on her knowledge to her dauther Emma, who works at the bakery and decorates the cakes too
