From its humble beginnings established in 1984 we have remained a family owned and run business by directors Con and Voula Geros. Since then, CV Garlic has become a leader in the supply of garlic products to the wholesale and manufacturing industry of Australia. Our purpose built facility located in Braeside, approves some of the best in hygiene practices called upon to be HACCP accredited.
We specialise in the processing of garlic, ginger and chilli to suit all types of users from your avid cook at home, to restaurants, up to large bulk quantities for manufactures. We cater to wholesalers and retailers across Australia and international food industry.
