Boyd-Boland Law was established by Clifford Boyd-Boland and Stephen Boyd-Boland in 2004.The firm was established to provide expert advice, exceptional service and outstanding results to individuals and businesses primarily located in the eastern suburbs of Sydney. We provide these services in a personal but modern way. We believe in transparency in pricing so in relation to all our services clients know what the costs will be, we do this by providing "fixed fees" for certain services and accurate "estimates" for other matters.Clifford Boyd-Boland studied Law at the University of Sydney and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1964. He started work at McCaw Johnston, working with the former NSW Attorney General Ken McCaw. He became the senior partner of that firm before he merged the firm with Abbout Tout in 1980{s, continuing there as a senior partner. In 2000 he accepted appointment as a New South Wales District Court Judge and continued in that role up to 30 June 2004. In 2004 he established Boyd-Boland Law with Stephen Boyd-Boland.Stephen Boyd-Boland attended school at Sydney Grammar School, in 1994 was admitted as a solicitor and commenced employment at Blake Dawson Waldron, one of Australia{s premier Law firms. In 2001 he completed his Master of Laws at Sydney University. In 2004 he established Boyd-Boland Law with Clifford Boyd-Boland.Andrea Boyd-Boland has worked in the legal industry for over 20 years and has practised as a lawyer for the last 13 years. She practised as a lawyer at Hunt & Hunt Lawyers for 10 years and has worked in smaller boutique law firms prior to joining Boyd-Boland Law as a Principal at the end of 2010.Andrea Boyd-Boland is a registered migration agent with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority ("MARA") and an Australian Legal Practitioner. Andrea assists individuals and businesses in any visa requirements and provides legal advice and representation in migration matters.Our website is designed to enable you to understand the process involved in the work, to understand the costs involved and to retain us with enough information to start work on you behalf.We provide costs on a "fixed fee" basis for many matters, where you pay that sum and no more.For other matter we provide accurate "estimates" these will be updated once we better understand your case and throughout the course of your matter so you will always know what the costs will be. There will be no surprises.
